Postpartum Strong 6 week series Wednesday Mornings June 5 -July 17th at 10:50am

A 6 week postpartum strength series hosted by me and Lisa O’Connor of Capella Yoga & Wellness in Quincy. This series is designed to build strength that supports exactly where you are on your postpartum journey. Participants will sign up for the full 6 weeks and we will meet every Wednesday at 10:50am for a 45 minute postpartum strength workout led by me. Each week we will have a vendor available for discussions, Q&A, and complimentary services. Each vendor was chosen to support all of your postpartum needs.

In addition to your weekly in person strength workout, participants will receive an additional at home strength workout, a yoga stretch guide, six yoga classes at Capella of your choice to be taken throughout the duration of the series, 2 additional mom and me classes at Capella and a 10% discount on the mom support group hosted at Capella.

Motherhood Movement & Connection Summer Sessions

Mondays July 8- August 19 at 10AM (no class on July 29th)

Join me this summer for Motherhood Movement & Connection Summer Sessions! Finally moving our sessions outdoors (weather permitting) at Trillium Brewery in Canton, MA.

Every Monday at 10am we will meet for a 45 minute low impact strength workout designed for prenatal and postpartum mamas, followed by social hour.

While food and beverages will not be covered in your ticket price, a table will be booked for all participants to stay and socialize, eat lunch & enjoy a drink. All attendees on July 8 can enjoy a drink on me! All moms, babies & toddlers are welcome.


Motherhood Movement & Connection

After much success with our first series this January, South Shore Moms club & I will be hosting a 4 week series of movement & connection for moms at any stage.

Every Monday at 10am in March we will meet for a 45 minute low impact strength workout followed by lunch. Lunch will be catered by a local mom, who is also a chef and owner of the Fresh Chef.

All moms & babies/toddlers are welcome!
