12 week one on one training program
if this is our first time working together, I highly suggest starting off with a 12 week program where we meet 2 days per week and get to work on your goals.
evaluation + check in
at the end of your first 12 weeks, we check in and see where you are in terms of your goals. How are you feeling, how are you progressing, where do you want to go from here?
together we decide the next best step
at the end of your first 12 weeks, we decide together what is best for you based on needs and preference. We will either continue one on one sessions or transition to a personalized online training program through my app with monthly check ins.
