Sustain | to Nourish

To sustain is to nourish and supply with sustenance, which is exactly what a Sustain fitness program is intended to do. My philosophy at Sustain is to help you develop your why and build a total body fitness program that aligns with that why, safely and effectively.

At Sustain, I recognize the importance of pre/postnatal specific programs. Your body has specific needs during each stage of pregnancy and postpartum. I am here to help you meet those specific needs while continuing to do the workouts you love that will sustain you throughout motherhood and beyond.
